User-Created Token Policy

1. Who Creates Tokens

All tokens launched through FOXPad are created by independent users via permissionless smart contracts. FOXPad does not create, issue, review, approve, endorse, or audit user tokens; appearing on the Interface is automatic and is not a mark of quality or legitimacy.

2. Creator Responsibilities

If you create a token through FOXPad, you are solely responsible for it. You represent that:

• you have the right to use the token’s name, symbol, imagery, and description;
• your token and your promotion of it comply with all applicable laws (including securities, consumer-protection, and anti-fraud laws) in every jurisdiction you target;
• you will not present your token as endorsed by FOXPad, Robinhood, or any third party without authorization.

3. Prohibited Tokens and Conduct

• tokens that impersonate a person, brand, or project, or that infringe trademarks or copyrights;
• tokens marketed with false promises of returns, fake partnerships, or fabricated team identities;
• tokens containing or linking to illegal content, or promoting violence, hate, or exploitation of minors;
• tokens designed to facilitate sanctions evasion, money laundering, or other crimes;
• manipulation of any token’s market, including wash trading and coordinated deceptive schemes.

4. Interface-Level Moderation

Because the contracts are permissionless, FOXPad cannot delete a token from the blockchain. We may, at our sole discretion and without notice, hide, delist, flag, or restrict any token from the Interface, including its metadata (names, images, links), when it violates this policy or applicable law. Hidden tokens remain reachable by direct address so existing holders can still manage their positions.

5. Reporting

To report a token (impersonation, scam, illegal content), contact report@foxpad.app with the token address and a description. Reports are reviewed on a best-effort basis.

6. Intellectual Property Complaints

Rights holders may submit takedown requests for infringing token metadata displayed on the Interface to legal@foxpad.app, including identification of the protected work, the token address, and contact information.

7. No Liability for User Tokens

FOXPad is not responsible for user-created tokens, their behavior, their teams, their promotion, or losses arising from trading them. See the Risk Disclaimer and Terms of Service.
