Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the FOXPad interface at foxpad.app (the “Interface”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Interface.

2. What FOXPad Is

FOXPad is a web interface to open-source, autonomous smart contracts deployed on Robinhood Chain that allow users to create and trade tokens through bonding curves, and that migrate (“graduate”) token liquidity to third-party decentralized exchange contracts (Uniswap V3). The contracts are permissionless, immutable, have no owner or admin, and operate independently of the Interface.

FOXPad is an independent project. FOXPad and the $FOX token are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Robinhood Markets, Inc. or any of its affiliates. “Robinhood Chain” is used solely to identify the public blockchain network on which the contracts are deployed.

3. Eligibility

You may use the Interface only if you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live), have full legal capacity to enter into these Terms, are not accessing the Interface from a jurisdiction where doing so is unlawful, and are not subject to sanctions administered by the United Nations, the United States, the European Union, the United Kingdom, or any other applicable authority.

4. No Custody, No Brokerage, No Advice

FOXPad never holds, controls, or has access to your funds, private keys, or tokens. All transactions are executed by you, from your own wallet, directly on-chain. Nothing on the Interface is investment, financial, legal, or tax advice. FOXPad is not a broker, dealer, exchange, money transmitter, investment adviser, or fiduciary.

5. Tokens Created by Users

Tokens launched through FOXPad are created by independent third-party users, not by FOXPad. FOXPad does not review, endorse, audit, or vouch for any token. Token names, symbols, images, and descriptions are provided by their creators. See the User-Created Token Policy for prohibited uses and reporting.

6. Fees

The protocol charges the fees displayed in the Interface at the time of each transaction. Fees are collected and split by immutable smart contracts. Network (gas) fees are separate and are not received by FOXPad.

7. Assumption of Risk

Trading newly created tokens on bonding curves involves a high risk of total loss. You acknowledge the risks described in the Risk Disclaimer, which forms part of these Terms.

THE INTERFACE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. SMART CONTRACTS MAY CONTAIN BUGS OR VULNERABILITIES; AUDITS REDUCE BUT DO NOT ELIMINATE RISK. THE UNDERLYING CONTRACTS ARE IMMUTABLE AND HAVE NO ADMINISTRATOR WHO COULD REVERSE OR REMEDY A FAILURE.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FOXPAD AND ITS CONTRIBUTORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, TOKENS, OR DATA ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE INTERFACE OR THE UNDERLYING CONTRACTS. IN NO EVENT SHALL AGGREGATE LIABILITY EXCEED ONE HUNDRED (100) US DOLLARS OR ITS EQUIVALENT.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FOXPad and its contributors from any claims arising out of your use of the Interface, your tokens, or your violation of these Terms.

12. Changes; Termination

We may update these Terms or discontinue the Interface at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. The underlying smart contracts are permissionless and may remain operational independently of the Interface.
