Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 25, 2026
1. Overview
FOXPad operates the interface at foxpad.app. We collect as little personal data as possible: no accounts, no emails, no passwords, and we never have access to your private keys or funds.
2. Data We Process
Wallet addresses and on-chain data. When you connect a wallet, we process your public wallet address to display balances, positions, and activity. Blockchain data is public by nature and is not created by us; nothing recorded on a public blockchain can be deleted by us.
Technical data. Our infrastructure processes standard server-log data (IP address, browser type, requested pages, timestamps) for security, rate limiting, and debugging. Logs are retained up to 90 days and are never used for advertising.
Content you submit. Token metadata submitted at launch (name, symbol, description, image, links) is public and intended for publication.
3. What We Do NOT Do
- We do not sell personal data.
- We do not use third-party advertising trackers.
- We do not link wallet addresses to real-world identities.
- We do not require identity verification (the protocol is non-custodial; this may change if law requires).
4. Cookies and Local Storage
The Interface uses only functional browser storage (wallet-connection state, interface preferences). No advertising cookies. Third-party wallet providers (e.g. WalletConnect) may use their own storage under their own policies.
5. Third-Party Services
The Interface relies on infrastructure providers (hosting, RPC nodes, block explorers, wallet-connection services). Your IP address and request data are visible to those providers when the Interface communicates with them, under their own privacy policies.
6. Legal Bases (EEA/UK)
Where the GDPR applies, technical data is processed on the basis of legitimate interest (security and operation of the Interface); content you submit is processed on the basis of your request to publish it.
7. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights of access, rectification, erasure, and objection regarding personal data we hold (essentially: server logs). On-chain data is outside anyone’s control and cannot be modified or erased. Contact: privacy@foxpad.app.
8. Children
The Interface is not directed at anyone under 18.
9. Changes
We may update this policy; the “Last updated” date will change and material changes will be highlighted on the Interface.
This document was prepared for launch and has not yet been reviewed by external legal counsel; a review is planned.
